Description:

With over 50,000 artifacts, the Monroe County Historical Museum promotes interest in Indiana and American culture. The museum features documents, clothing, tools, furniture, toys, maps and photographs, contains a genealogical library and hosts educational programs and community events like antique appraisals, wool spinning demonstrations and traditional arts of Indiana. It's located directly west of Indiana University campus and north of Third Street Park.
